How do I order products online?Use the “Add to cart” button (on the product page) once you are happy with the item(s). Once the item(s) is in your basket: Click on the “Checkout” link in the upper right corner. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details. Select your payment method, and if “Credit Card” is selected you will now be forwarded to a secure page where you may safely and securely submit your card details. Alternatively if you elect to pay via other methods such as Bank Transfer, simply follow the instructions. Once your details have been submitted, you will return to the website and the order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and will be notified once your package is on its way.

When will my order be dispatched?Orders placed before 1pm on work days for in-stock products will be shipped (dispatched) that same day around 4pm. You will be notified via email (along with tracking details) once your order is shipped.

What do you consider a Major City Centre (MCC)?Deliveries to MCCs should occur within 1-2 work days from the day the order is dispatched. Orders for delivery outside of these areas and to suburbs further out from these centres (ODA: Outlying Delivery Areas), will take 2-3 (and sometimes up to 5) working days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?No. We only deliver within South Africa.

Can I come collect my order?Unfortunately not. All orders are delivered via courier to your door.

Do I have to pay additional taxes or duties?Absolutely not! All stock is held within South African borders. The price you are charged at checkout is the final price you will pay.
